Our Tech Support will teach you how to use your technology, fix what’s broken, install software, and be there to answer quick questions throughout the year. All sessions are remote. We start with a phone call and get onto a secure shared screen.
The annual membership for consumers includes an online Get Started Session (up to 90-minutes) plus unlimited Quick Support(30 minutes or less) for whatever you need. No question is too “dumb” or too small. Find out what’s covered in Quick Support
Some examples of what you can use our Online Membership for:
Fixing issues with your phone, computer, or tablet, or other technology
Onboarding materials and reporting
Learning Something fun, like how to Zoom, stream shows and movies, and play games online
Discovering something that helps you, like how to order groceries and medicine online and talk to your doctor over video
Recovering or resetting forgotten login information
Getting any questions answered that you have about the internet, social media, or technology

Note: If we can’t address or resolve your inquiry within 30 minutes, you can either use your 90 Minute Session or schedule an additional Quick Support Session.
